Before making your purchase, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following:

  1. Authenticity: Our jadeite and gemstone products are sourced from trusted suppliers, and we guarantee their authenticity. Each item is carefully inspected to meet our quality standards.

  2. Natural Variations: Please note that natural gemstones, including jadeite, may exhibit variations in color, pattern, and texture. Given different display resolutions, there may be some color difference between the photo and the actual jade piece.   3. Type A Jadeite: All Jadeite in Gem of Art is guaranteed to be of Type A only. At Gem of Art, some of our jewelry pieces are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. For those items that do not come with a certificate, we offer a complimentary certificate for purchases over HKD $5000. This certificate serves as proof of the authenticity and quality of the gemstones used in the jewelry.

    For orders below HKD $5000, the availability of a certificate will depend on the laboratory or type of certificate chosen. We offer various options for certificates, and the cost will be determined based on your selection. Please contact us for more information regarding certificates and their associated costs.

  4. Import Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.

  5. Delivery and Returns: We offer reliable and secure shipping options to ensure your purchase reaches you in a timely manner. We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.  

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions and assist you with the return process.  Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
